For one it's because I have a day off!
Two - I spent today with my lovely Daughter 'A'.
We set of this morning with our bucket and money box for East Lancs Hospice It was to be the grand opening of the boxes & counting of the money raised at my Charity Event selling tea, coffee and cake.
When they were opened I could see straight away there was more than I thought and got quite excited. We sorted out the notes and coins, adding them all up - & the grand total is £275.67
I AM SO HAPPY!!! & that is the third reason :-)
'A' and the lovely Kim who works tirelessly raising the profile of East Lancs Hospice.
After this we hit town for a trip to Primark for beachwear for 'A' - she is off to Turkey in less than a month. She picked up some cool shades and beachwear, cheap as chips & ideal for a teenager with Saturday job cash!
Lovely, simple, throw-on bikini's, shorts and little dresses!
All mix and match too...good buys! The colours with the touches of pink are pretty.
Really like the back of her little dress with it's racer back straps!
& these white sunnies with pink arms funky and really suit her!
Nice to have some girly time! X
